In the 0-1s Room, we provide a safe, loving environment where babies are held, cared for, and surrounded by God’s love. Our team focuses on nurturing each child with gentle play and personal attention.

In the 2-3s Room, we introduce our toddlers to God’s love through play, songs, and simple Bible stories. Our team creates a fun, safe space where they can explore, interact, and grow in their understanding of God’s care.

In the 4-8s Room, children are introduced to Bible stories and teachings in a fun and interactive way. Through games, crafts, and group activities, they learn about God’s love, build friendships, and begin applying faith to their everyday lives.

Alina Tolentino
Hi, I’m Alina and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve your child and family as the Salt Kids Coordinator! I have been attending Salt Church since 2019, and it has truly become a home where my faith has grown in meaningful ways. I attended the University of Florida and have a background in education, teaching in Alachua County for several years. I’ve always had a heart for working with children, and I’m thrilled to partner with you in teaching the youngest members of our church about Jesus, His love for them, and the joy of living in His grace.
I am honored to work alongside Jodie, who brings so much care and creativity to our curriculum and materials. Together, we strive to create a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where your children can grow in their faith. You’ll often find both of us at check-in on Sunday mornings, so please don’t hesitate to stop by and say hello! We’d love to meet you and get to know your family better.

Jodie Telg
Hello, I’m Jodie Telg, and I have the privilege of serving as the Salt Kids Curriculum Coordinator. In this role, I oversee the creation and implementation of engaging, biblically sound lessons that help children grow in their faith and understanding of God’s Word. Before joining Salt Church, I worked as an assistant and teacher for elementary-aged children with special needs for several years, an experience that taught me the value of patience, creativity, and individualized care.
I’ve also had the joy of leading children’s programs at my previous churches, where I developed a deep appreciation for the transformative role that the local church plays in shaping young lives. Throughout my career, one of my greatest passions has been nurturing the spiritual growth of children, helping them to discover God’s love and their unique place in His story. I’m excited to continue this work at Salt Church, equipping the next generation with a foundation of faith that will guide them for years to come.
